Corona update

The Christmas period is now really approaching and that traditionally means that we have had a number of busy weeks but it will be busy for all our executive services in the coming week as well. They will continue unabated to provide you with the best products and advice, even in the current circumstances. 

This year, more than ever, we are noticing the hustle and bustle in the run-up to the end of the year. But we are also noticing that the high demand in the interior design sector is global. Something they can confirm at Blum. They are doing everything in their power to continue to meet that high customer demand. Unfortunately, demand sometimes exceeds production capacity and we sometimes have to wait a little longer for certain parts. 

As a result, the delivery times of pre-assembled drawers or certain hardware products, for example, can be slightly longer than you would otherwise be used to. You can always visit our webshop to find out the latest delivery times. The delivery date on our order confirmations is the effective date on which you will receive your goods. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our colleagues. They will be happy to inform you about the latest state of affairs. 

We remain contactable
Wherever possible, our colleagues work from home, but everyone remains available as you would expect from us. You can still contact them with all your questions and can reach them through the known channels. 

As a result of the current figures and the new measures, we have decided to allow our field staff to work from home as much as possible. They normally come to many places, but now we think it would be better to limit the number of contacts. We are doing this out of safety for them but certainly also for the people with whom they would normally come into contact.
However, they remain accessible and can certainly visit for urgent matters, e.g. machine problems. By the way, did you know that you can reach them via videocall?
