EASYSTICK

When it comes to the assembly and installation of (complex) furniture fittings, precision is a must if you want them to function smoothly. With the EASYSTICK for MINIPRESS, Blum makes configuring the machines and transmitting drilling positions much easier, thanks to a straightedge with automated stops and a control unit with display.

This new machining tool eliminates the need for manual adjustment of the stops. The drilling positions can be directly entered into the machine. In addition, a machinist can also plan a piece of furniture in the body configurator and then easily send the corresponding data to EASYSTICK. The digital stops are then automatically positioned in the correct place.

The EASYSTICK can be purchased as a conversion kit for MINIPRESS P and PRO from year of manufacture 2005, or with purchases of new MINIPRESS machines.

Simple machining

Using various data, EASYSTICK determines the position of the drilling holes. The machine makes sure the settings are correct, and indicates which drill head needs to be fitted. This helps you work with precision and reduces the configuration times on the machine.

Simple transfer of data

Thanks to EASYSTICK, you can digitise the planning and machining of Blum fittings systems. You can enter all the data directly on the machine, or transfer the data from the body configurator via a USB stick. In addition, imported manufacturing and drilling data can be retrieved quickly with the barcode scanner.
