Employees help to choose salary optimisation

For several years, we have been offering our employees the chance to align part of their remuneration package with their personal needs using our FHlexplan.

This means they can choose one or more of these options: multi-media purchase, leasing a bike or car, extra days of holiday, pension fund or a contribution towards the internet bill. By calculating this as part of the gross salary, the employee benefits from a nice salary optimisation.
