What’s new?
- Apple users can scan a barcode or QR code directly, without needing to indicate first which of the two they have before them. Android users were already able to scan directly.
- Android users can turn on their flashlight via the app. This makes scanning in dark places a lot easier. Unfortunately, Apple does not yet support this functionality. As soon as possible, this possibility will also be integrated for Apple users.
- From now on, the app gives an acoustic signal when the code has been successfully scanned. This way, you immediately get an audible confirmation. This can be handy, for instance, when you want to scan a box on a high shelf which does not allow for a good view.
- At the top of the app, we have added a search bar so that you can now also search for a product name directly (e.g. 71B3590). You then get a drop down menu listing all products corresponding to your search.
