Every year, the team leaders from each department get together at a seminar to work on their development, but most of all to jointly plan the direction in which our organisational structure and culture develops. Last year, this exercise was opened up and extended to all employees, with an invitation to join in and share their input. From these workshops, several topics emerged that we were keen to develop. And our philosophy dictates that we do this together!
Working together on our organisational structure
That's why we gave all colleagues the opportunity to get involved in one of the subjects: Our values, Getting to know each other better, Encouraging a healthy lifestyle, Removing friction in your career, Sharing knowledge and experience. The groups were very diverse, with people from all different departments, but most of all with great enthusiasm to get started. Corona made it more challenging to physically get together, but a creative solution was found, and we made use of digital discussion channels.
Now the groups are formed and their vision defined they will be able to set to work in 2021, in developing specific activities for the different domains.
