Optimisation of our systems!

At the beginning of this year we transitioned to a new ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics AX. We have now been working with this new software for more than a month and are getting better and better at it. Furthermore, we’ve been staying in close contact with our IT colleagues in order to implement software optimisation. In this way, it can be better tuned to our processes and the needs of our customers.

Maybe you have noticed a number of things that are working differently since switching over and that you are not used to seeing from us. For example, you may have received the latest invoices via the post even though in the past you received them via email. In the meantime, we have corrected all the data so that since the end of last week we can once again send you your invoices in your preferred manner.

However, the new software also provides a lot of new possibilities. Thanks to optimisation in the processing procedure, e-commerce orders are being handled much faster since this week. The order entries go into the system immediately, so there are no longer any delays. Therefore, our web shop remains the most efficient way to place your orders quickly. In addition, the e-commerce will soon be linked to AX, allowing you to consult your entire history online. We’re not quite there yet, but we’re keeping all hands on deck!
